With all our your hosting accounts we handle the technical support for the system and email through our anonymous Support Center. Either by phone or email, when a customer identifies his domain we supply support as your agent. We handle only support issues, any sales or billing issues are then referred to your contact agent.
In addition to our customer support, our support team monitors our network and all websites 24/7 for performance issues. If and when there is a problem it is usually fixed and service restored before the customer is even aware of it.
Tech support for our resellers is handled by systems administrators.
