How do I get my pictures on the Internet to display with my listings?
End User/Client - Pictures are uploaded from the user's computer by selecting the image and then selecting upload.
Designer/Reseller - In addition to the systems upload features an ftp client can be used.
How long does it take for a listing to show up on my website?
Content changes take place in real time.
Can I update my content from work or home (more than one computer)?
Yes - You can update your website content from any PC connected to the Internet.
Can I update and change my whole website with RealTime?
End User/Client - Can update website content only.
Designer/Reseller - Yes, changes to the webpage design can be accomplished by updating the blank.htm file(s), uploading the new file, and publishing.
Can I change or add things to my listings after I’ve put them on my web site?
Absolutely!  The RealTime System is equipped with an "edit" feature that allows you to change page content, listings, products, gallery photos, calendar event listings, etc., currently appearing on your web site.
Do I have to sign any contracts or commit to a certain period of time?
No.  No contracts are involved with the RealTime System.  We're here to help you make your website successful for your business.  If you are not satisfied with our service or the RealTime System, you are never obligated to stay with us.
Can I keep my current website hosting company?
No.  The RealTime System is a complete website solution including hosting, content management, email, and Cpanel control.
Can I use one RealTime package for more than one website?
No.  The system is built and bound to a single domain.  However, additional domains can be forwarded to the main account.
What do I need to have in order to operate RealTime?
In order to operate the RealTime System, you will need a PC and access to the Internet.

How do I get my pictures to my computer?
You will need a digital camera or a scanner in order to get your pictures onto your computer.  We provide you with a graphics program, which allows you to enhance the picture quality before adding them to your site.
How much do I need to know about computers and the Internet to operate RealTime?

End User/Client - Only basic skills are required.
Designer/Reseller - In order to create a website using iNET RealTime a very basic knowledge of html is required.  HTML editing programs such as Dream Weaver or Front Page are compatible.

Do I need Internet access to operate RealTime?
Yes.  You will need to access your website on the Internet in order manage your website's content.
Can I add other features to my website after it has been completed?

End User/Client - No, you will need to contact your customer service agent to have new features added to your site.
